High Level Conversion (Banditmania piping)
 

Right, I thought I would be bold and order the high level conversion pipes from Banditmania (at the pricely sum of £50). They arrived the following week, got straight to it. Problem is that the length of the H/L link pipe makes the exhaust either stick straight up in the air or off the back (i.e. past the light cluster, which did look naughty :twisted: !) Then the hanger supplied was the completely wrong size and the holes were not it the same place the foot pegs were! :evil: Any way i secured it with some string etc. Started her up and it was awful, wouldn't rev properly etc. I checked all the fittings and was happy they were all secure! Anyway it is off now, and I have a semi H/L exhaust now using the original link pipe! My conclusion is that the pipe is the wrong length and in turn messes everthing up, so don't buy one! I will be checking with Bandit mania to get my money back as it clearly states the the pipes are suitable "for SV650 all years".

Anyway just thought I would let peeps know, because there have been a few posts about this pipe work in the past!
