Starting probs

I think I've mentioned this before, but only briefly??

Anyhow, I got the blue cow out the shed this morning to get to work, and had problems starting the girl :?
She's not caughing, it just seems liek no petrol getting through??
The battery was in perfect order, and she was giving the sparks but she took a while to get going, once going she smelt a bit "Petrol".
I haven't used her since the other week, and she has been in her shed for all of this time with a full tank of petrol.

Any ideas anyone on what could be the prob, or how to get around it?
