Centre Stand
 

Has anyone fitted a centre stand, where did they get it from and how much?
I've seen the SW Motech stand at £112 but wonder if there is an alternative.
I used to have a GS500 and miss not having a centre stand.

SW-Motech on my curvy, via M&P.

How much did you pay for it?
Was it easy to fit?
Is it easy to use and is the bike securely planted when on the stand.

From memory, about £70, but they may have screwed up. And it was 2 years ago.

I've sen the stand for £112 so you were lucky to get it for £70. I'll have a trawl round the net. Anyway that's my Christmas present sorted.

Oh, another tip when fitting: wear eye protection when getting the spring into place. I read a horror story about someone losing an eye when stretching a cetre stand spring into place and something gave way.
