High level cans on a pointy
 
Am looking for pics of high level cans on a pointy. Have a ccc and want to mount it up high and was hoping some pics might show how it looks or is attached. All pics welcome :D

i fancy doing the same but on a curvey.. can you keep the pillion pegs?? or do these get in the way of the exhaust

Thanks for the replies...definatly like the look and now i have a hamicad and leds i feel the can looks lonely mounted down there....also have no need for the pillion pegs so why keep em

I had twin hi level renegades on mine - no probs with pillion pegs using spacers and longer bolts - click on links for pics :-

they look the dogs danglies.... as my bike is yellow curvey and i fancy HL carbon, it doesnt take too much imagination after looking at the those pics. thanks

Defo looks the mutts, really fancy doin it if possible on my 650 pointy

Yellow one in the attached pics was a 650, I've got a SV1000 now (blue one in my avatar) with twin remus cans 8)

If you are going to go for hi level cans on a pointy, check the can length - IMHO most hi level cans on a pointy look too long (seem to stick out a bit at the back) - compare the length of Robchester's stubby scorpion with e.d.'s remus for example)
