you betcha the really really heavy cold lurgy with the hacking cough (not helped by fags) and the constant streaming goo factory that has taken residence up my nose :cry:

Aaah! A proper MAN'S cold.....they are REALLY bad. You have my sympathy.

has it's plus points though

more time in loft (so as not to contaminate others) gives me more time to mess on here :lol:

but i must admit feeling as weak as a kitten is ****ing me off.

must make the effort to get some fresh air tomorrow riding the new toy for a few miles.

only problem is how to blow the nose when the helmets on (god forbid i sneeze ) or it could be a goo out on the visor :lol:

Mark, I know what you mean I have been like that this xmas too and am just starting to feel better but I blew my nose on sunday night and think that I have done something to the cartalidge (think thats how you spell it :oops: ) under my nose as it has swollen up like a good un and it is killing me! :cry:

Dave say's if you go out on the bike put some ear plugs up your nose. I must appologise for him :wink: :D
