Aye it is good, there was a thread a little while ago about it with interesting places like Donnington and apparently Area 51.

Plus you can see my house on it :)

If you zoom in on RAF Fairford (couple of miles to the north of Swindon - you can't miss it it's so big) you can see a U2 spyplane parked on the ramp :D

I haven't tried Area 51 yet :twisted:


Also Mount Everest is good - if you tilt the display, you can "fly" right round it

Good fun should be doing something more worth while can't think what though. :lol:

The US maps are REALLY detailed. I lived there for a couple of years and thought it would be fun to see where I lived.

I zoomed in on the Cleveland area...

Then I zoomed in on the suburb where I lived... This is detailed I thought,

Then I zoomed in on my neighbourhood...Wow - very detailed

Then I zoomed in on our old house....Amazing - I can even see the decking I used to laze around on drinking crap American beer !!
