ok i have a question.

when me and mny mate katie are sat at a set of traffic lights and we have a play (um . . drag race) i can always beat he until i get to 45mph then she comes flying past me,

i have a 33bhp naked k4 with 13500miles and am alot heavier than her,
she has a 72bhp naked k5 with 5000miles both in fast black,

i understand that she will keep going when i hit my restrictor but why can i beat her off at the lights?? i think it because i am just better.

She's being too soft hearted mate. She should kick your a*s every time! :wink:

the twins create power low down, so the restrictor does not play a huge part untill the revs are in the mid range & thats when she overtakes you.

The launch is probably because you have better throtle/clutch control and are able to put more power down quicker.

She's being gentle with you, men don't like being beat by women, well only a few of us. :wink: :lol:

bigger people get better traction off the line than little people, maybe she is wheel spinning till 45 then gets ya :lol:

or maybe she's just a little bit rubbish on the clutch?

Maybe swap bikes (in a private place :wink: ) and that should settle the matter.

in june i will become full power so i will kick her ass!!

and she is not going easy on me, shes goes for it every time!
