Unfortunate names

Shamelessly stolen from another forum:

Stolen from The V, but I had to share it because it's just... well, it's the most fun you can have with an obituary.

These people are the alumni of the Electra Independent School District class of 1993. Among them, the fabulously named Demetrius Breedlove, Crystal Gee and Lenka Voltarova. But none of them can match this woman:

Miss Ginger Minge. Fifth row down, fifth along:

Cursed with this unfortunate surname, Ms Minge, daughter of Roe and Mary Minge, must have long looked forward to finding a man whose surname she could take as her own. And lucky Ginger was fortunate enough to fall for a 1991 Electra alumnus - Mr Travis Box.

Miss Ginger Minge became Mrs Ginger Box. We know all this from Travis' obituary. Tragically, Travis Box died just last week, leaving Ginger Box a widow:

Perhaps she will marry again. My hope is that she'll run into a pallbearer at another local funeral, Mr Pat Beaver:

Incidentally, Travis Box went to school with Katrina Gribble and Hardy Shelnut. His father's name was Butch. I only pray that Butch Box and Mary Minge can console each other at the funeral.

Whenever this sort of thing comes up I always remember a mate of mine who went to school with a girl called Phillipa Gapp - sounds like a made up name but I assure you its true!!

Okay... I had a friend who was midwife who assisted at the birth of a Duane Pipe. I didn't believe it but it was true as was the fact that there was someone where I used to work who had changed her name to Friday Knight...

When I was at college I knew a Dr Clapp. Can you guess what we suggested he specialised in? :P

Oh and in the other department was a chap called John Thomas. He stayed away from the gentleman above for some reason.

Had a girl at work called Fanny Annache (known as Fanny a Rash). Try walking onto a trading floor asking if anyone has seen Fanny!!!
