Yes he should have been banned, sorry but 31 points is taking the p*ss. You can bet your bottom dollar had he been a biker he'd have been well stuffed.

IMO he should have been banned for sure, he would of known the supposed hardships a driving ban would impose on his family so he should have adjusted his driving accordingly & not use it as a geat out of jail free card, afraid it's just another to55er playing the system, only a few days ago on here someone had put their bike up for sale due to the thaught of how would his family cope if something happened to him, now that to me is thinking of the family & hardships they could have.

I think he's just been unlucky.
