I`m in love..
... with my SV650s and it's new CCC can.
Last week I made the decision to get a can from CCC, the £110 one which has been mentioned on this forum. Not being the most mechanically minded person you're ever likely to meet, I was a bit nervous, especially the cutting bit. :? But with the help of several of you, who answered my questions and showed me pics, today was the big day. 09:00am Off to get a tape measure and a hacksaw (w/extra blades). 10:00am Started cutting. 10:30am Cigarette break, sweating and sure it would take a week. 11:00am We have lift off, or more precisely drop off - The can that is. 12:00pm New can fitted. Went for a ride, OH YES :D  :D . 16:00 Got home, took the exhaust off and got out the drill. 16:30 The baffle is finally removed. Went for a ride, YES,YES OH MY GOD     :D Went through a tunnel and well, let's just say I needed a tissue :D The best bit is when you overrun and you get that great POPPING noise. So, yes I am definitely in love with race cans, and once my Bandit is repaired will be experiencing the same again. |
I take it you like it then

CCC are very underated in my opinion. They make fantastic quality cans that sound amazing.
An SV with a CCC fitted on sounds the dogs, it sound even better with a twin port   |
Have to agree    Will be cutting mine down a bit soon too!!! not too much 1inch already off link pipe, 2inches to come off can!!!

That wasn't dartford by any chance? I love going through there with my baffleless CCC...sounds even better when the tunnel is empty(late at night or early morning)  |
You should hear twin rene's in the dartford tunnel
Must get the baffle out of my new fuel can |
This is the real reason why you bought an SV!
