intregrating front cators into side lights ??

so as the subject says, how would i go about intergrating my front cators into my side lights :?: :?:

i have decided to get rid of all my cators by buying & intergrated tail light & replacing the front into the side lights. 8)

i think cloggsy had the indis in his side lights (roca conversion kit IIRC) and scooby2102 has a led tail light that doubles up as indis on the rear ,but hes got both proper indis ANDthe tail light (think its a pull without them)theres photos on here ,just do a search and see them

Hi, Fronts are easily done. didn't you look at mine when we met at the ace cafe?
You can buy cable extenders off ebay so you dont have to cut any original wires (if you want to return to stock easily) http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Kabel-Miniblin...QQcmdZViewItem
You then need some blanking plugs roca or http://www.rumbleimport.com/store/Sc...?idproduct=357
And then some bulbs, i've got led's with 4 led's in each, but i have seen and would recommend the 8led's in one bulbs(hindsight) http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/product_i...95f96da2de3391
Have a look at the rest of rumble imoprts range too!! http://www.rumbleimport.com/store/Sc...?idproduct=690

piccy of the indicator conversion on my bike (albeit credit for this has to go to its previous owner 'cloggsy'.
Note that replacing the side light with LED indicators means that you have to fit some new sidelights (I presume this is an MOT requirement). These are fitted in the lower part of the fairing. Mine are Hella lights.
Excuse the dirty bike not got round to cleaning it this week yet!!

Do you still need sidelights if the headlights are wired 'on' as per K3 bikes onwards?

Yes, I checked this with a couple of MOT stations before I fitted the 'Hella' units ;)
