Not seen one of those before.

For a full tank cover, try www.bagster.com or www.baglux.co.uk

Unless of course you are lucky enough to find one............in THAT blue.........on e bay for £29...........as I've just won.

Carsick 20-02-06 09:27 PM

I don't think it's OE.
They're called tank bras, they're not uncommon. Have a search on google or here and you should find something.

Yeh, had one of those, tank bra, I think Banditmania do them.

Cheers Mark.

KayDee 20-02-06 09:47 PM

Bandit mania do them for the curvey. I can't find one for the pointy. Google isn't turning up much.

Carsick 20-02-06 09:56 PM

They're listed on svmania so you might need to email them. (banditmania and svmania are the same people)

That is the Suzuki embossed tank bra, I know as I have one, only £21 RRP.

It's available from all good Suzuki stockists and some rubbish ones too, click here for the description/part number off the Suzuki website.

Hope that helps.

I had one but it wrinkled a bit and looked a bit untidy and I didn't really like using the magnetic tank bag. In the end I sold it and bought a Baglux and now the tank is fully protected and the knee grips are great and a lot warmer than wrapping your knees around a cold metal tank filled with cold petrol. The Baglux tank bag is also great. I suppose it depends how fashion concious and colour co ordinated you want to be. I got a blue SV, black tank cover and a red and white bag for less than £60 and they do a ssuperb job.
