I know it's not exactly close..but in the summer months (i'll find out dates for you)
Loads meet at the Red Lion in Avebury on a tuesday night...good food, good drop of cider oh n great roads too.

Avebury is really nice on summer nights...

Glouster road there is the Cat & Wheel and a few others that have bikes parked out the front in summer may be worth checking out
