Diagostics fault?

Does anyone know if the sv curvy shows self diagnostic faults thru the speedo or rev counter? i.e. switch on ignition and speedo spins round to 30mph and sits there?

As far as I'm aware to get the fault codes you have to set the bike in 'dealer mode', the temperature gauge will be replaced by a 'C' and two numbers, the numbers indicate where the fault lies.

Don't think so -though I've had mine do that when I've tried to start it with a flat battery...

As the curvey's have carbs not fuel injection there's very little to report in terms of error codes so the ECU is not really bright enough to need to communicate with the rider / dealer as far as I know.
