How much Silkolene Pro Fst for carb icing????

Right thought I would make this as a new thread. Some of you guys suggested using Silkolene Pro FST as I have symptoms of carb icing on cold days, so i bought a 1l bottle (£8.95 expensive?) Now i dont know how much the tank holds of petrol, and how much to use 1% or 2% mix as on the bottle. Anyone good at maths and would like to calculate how much I would need for a tankful of petrol, and how much would you guys recommend just to cure the carb icing problems. (baring in mind its quite bad on really cold days, but not as extreme as some cases i have heard, nd no symptoms on warm days)

Cheers

Ash

We used to go with 100ml per 10 litres of petrol, seemed to do the trick for us, and we don't have carb heaters as our bike is an import.

You can put a bit more in, we did when it was REALLY cold, and it didn't do any harm.

16 litres to a curvy SV tank. So 1% is 160ml. Should be fine with that.
