One of the WORST displays of rugby by an England team in the last 20yrs !!

France didnt play too well either, i think England were very very lucky that France didnt 'click' in that game.. they wasted a few opertunities, and knocked on or had the ball turned over on a few others.. While England didnt look like scoring a try all game...

It doesn't really matter whether France played well or not! England played so abysmally that the local blind school could have run in a load of tries. We were just lucky that the score stopped where it did :oops: :oops:



I think Robbo has some real tough decisions to make in the next week. He was only saying last week that this squad would form the nucleus of his World Cup Squad. **** me! Whats he trying to do? Give the bloody cup away???


Lewis Mooney- sack him
Matt Dawson - sack him
Steve Thompson -sack him

As well as a shedload of others.


Try giving Andy Gomarsall a start as well as James Simpson-Daniel or Marcel Garvey or James Forrester. ( Sorry! I know they are or were Gloucester players but I'm biased!!!)

Being.. well, not English.. :lol: this is my opinion... get a new coach.. actualy, get Guscott in on it.. he talks the talk, lets see him do the walking bit.. and he may actualy get your backs to play RUGBY instead of hiding the ball up your jumpers until its too late to do anything with....

England are very very guilty of keeping the ball with the forwards, when it should be given out quickly to the backs.. on the rare occasion you get a massive overlap or more numbers with the backs.. your forwards get gutsy and take it back into the tackle...

Dont ask me about Dawson, as I think most rugby fans just want to give him a slap.... he is good, but getting on a bit.. seems to have an attitude problem and I think Harry Ellis should be given more opertunities.. Dawson is very lucky to be in the squad these days...
also agree witht he pundits on the Corry / Dalaglio thing.. plus get a good fly half that can run / kick / pass... Wilkinson could kick, but wasnt very good at getting his back line into the game at all.. ever. Hodgson could get his backline playing (occasionaly) but is very prone to bottling it... and Andy Good.. well, he can kick....

Ohh, and I think the players also need to realise, you have to play to win the game, just turning up doesnt give them the right to win.. as they usualy think its their right to win a game that they were loosing for 79 minutes of it.....
Theres a fine line between arrogance.. and actualy being THAT good....

IMO you were lucky today, if the France that played the first 40 minutes against Ireland had turned up... I think youde have had a severe thumping.




Now being Welsh, I didnt watch the game.. i went out on my bike... as I already knew we would fluff it up....

It was not good viewing lets hope for a good show next weekend.

They really should be ashamed to put that jersey on :twisted: , bl**dy disgusting performance from the National Squad :hackedoff: , my school team played better than that ffs.
