I just tip a bit of oil in at the top end and hope it runs down inside. That seems to work for the clutch, and the rest survive OK.

Old school trick is to make a funnel out of a business card or other light cardboard, tape it to the high end with duct tape (seal the rolled edge as well). Then take the lower end off and hang it off the bike so the oil doesn't leak all over. Fill your cardboard cone with light oil, then work the cable in and out with your fingers until all of the oil has run through. Repeat if the oil dropping out is filthy. Don't know what you have available for oil over there, I use a product called Tri-Slide with teflon, has worked well for years on many bikes.

Hi, I use bluetac on the lever end of the cable (taking the cable off the lever first)shaped in to a small funnel, if you use oil mixed in with thinners it will travel through faster, the thinners will evaporate and leave the oil behind..
