hyperlink in Outlook Express...FIX FOUND...

How do I get the Hyperlinks to work in Microsoft Outlook Express, they used to work , ie a web link was sent , moved cursor over ( cursor turned into the hand cursor) and left click, then Internet explorer would open and hay presto, web page...
now it does not open internet explorer and I'm getting hacked off with it...

Any help will be great...

Thank you.

Richie

Are you using Windows XP? Is it saying you don't have permission to open that link?
Have you installed service pack 2 since it last worked?

If the answer to any of these is yes and most especially the last one, then you need to modify the permissions to let you do it. I can't remember offhand, but I guarantee there are many guides on how to do it online.

Try double clicking on the link. I have the same thing with my Outlook at home, never bothered to fix it.

Did you recently install a new browser such as FF?

Also have you got a 3rd party popup blocker software?
