Hi everyone,

Been lurking for a few weeks now since I bought a blue K5 SVS... Although until 3pm today I didn't actually have a licence to ride it... :?

But, thanks to great instruction from John and Neil at Newcastle Rider Training, and a healthy dollop of luck, I now have a shiny new licence - and with only 1 minor fault! :D

Cannot fault NRT at all - if anyone in the NE wants to learn, give them a call... they're in the Yellow Pages and on the net... Friendly guys, sensible price, great instruction. :notworthy:

Anyway, now I have the bike, the gear, the license, and as of 6pm the insurance... I now feel ready to say hello! I just wish it wasn't pelting down with rain so I could actually go out and RIDE! :(

And Ed, the username's not related to DoB... that's 7/7/77... It's related to my car... no 63 of 100 special edition World Rally replica Skoda Octavia vRSs... used to be my only pride and joy, but now I have the SV as well, I'm a very happy boy :D
