As some of you know i always appeal tickets where i have room to and i know some of you have never had much luck on this front so heres some hope for you all.

Got another one that i'm fighting for Mrs Spidey at the moment too.
You wouldnt believe the catalogue of errors that have been made by TFL and the Court Service who we have had to make a Statutory Declaration to. :roll:

That one has been going on for nearly 5 months now. I even have to complain to the Charter Mark system people about the way the court service have handled the case since its been in their hands. Honeslty a trained monkey could have done better but at last its been passed to the head of Customer Services for that department to review.

Fingers crossed on that one please folks.
