And the horn lost volume?!

I unscrewed the horn and shifted the radiator to change spark plugs.
Now my horn is really quiet and i can barly hear it over the engine.

Anyone had this problem?

did it work before you shifted it

check the bolt in the middle at the front is adjusted right (just loosen and tighten until the horn sounds right) and check the horn is not touching anything.

It did indeed work before i shifted it ;)

I will try what Andy says, and fiddle with the nut and see how it changes.

if it's fooked i can recomend a steibel magnum horn about 12 quid in halfords (make sure you have plugs in your ears before testing though)

If you search for the steibel magnum and UK only, it produces a goole whack :D

Mine does a similar thing on My K5 pointy!

Doe it intermitently. I believe that it is when I have been riding the bike a little while and its quite hot.

It's a bizarre one on me, although it has almost got me into serious problems on more than one occassion when I need the hgorn to be working.
