Yes, makes the bike a lot more composed and less diving under braking.

Try Hagon for springs about £60 all in.

Why not do a GSXR shock as well makes the bike 100% better!

I read in RIDE that the knocking was the bearings in the forks, but before I changed my fork springs I dialed my preload right up and it stopped the noise.

Now I've changed the springs its back on a big pothole or the like... I think its just the design of the fork myself.........

http://www.hagon-shocks.co.uk/main1st.htm

Or you can order them online via M&P.

They come with 7.5w oil, I ditched this and used 10w myself...

Hagon use progressives, which not everyone likes. I used Ohlins, but just because their default spring was just the right weight for me. How heavy are you, Biker-Dene? You won't get a huge upgrade from springs and oil if you're around the 10 stone mark, but the heavier you are the more overwhelmed the front springs are- they're built for racing snakes.

lol im alot heavyer than 10 stone :P

so u recon i should change the front springs then ?

Ohhh yes. And oil as well. though don't ask me what weights ;)
