BENNETTS insurance problem.
 

Is it just me or is this a common problem. I took out insurance with Bennett over a week ago, Still no certificate in the post. Now i can't tax my bike. Does it normally take this long?
Plus they didnt want my certificate of power restrictor fitment. Should i be worried? Thanks.

ring them and make sure it was posted, they will undoubtedly say it is lost in the post and will post you another, should take no more than a couple of days.

I'm with Bennetts & always had the documents pretty quickly after renewal. As Kwak zzr says, give them a call.

I did ring them yesterday and they say it takes 5-7 working days. Got home and bennett have been kind enough to send 2 copies. So now i am happy.

for future reference - now you can buy your tax disc over internet at www.direct.gov.uk/taxdisc you either punch in the reference on the tax renewal form that comes in post from DVLA or if not got it you put in your Registration Certificate ref no. MOT (if applicable ) & insurance are checked electronically & if all ok they let you pay & tax disc arrives in afew days. Simple & no queing at Post Office! :D
