photo resize

please can someone lend me a hand here - i have some pix i want to post up, but i can't work out how to resixe them. they're a wopping 4mb each, how do i do it?

Use IrfanView.

Find it on google.

Easy to use, and free to down load.

done that now, but can't now post them on the site. they're well under the 2mb limit. grrrrrr
