leaky garage roof anyone?

mine dont leak anymore! cover'd it over with a sheet of firestone rubber, i thought this was a better idea than getting rid of all the asbestos sheets underneath.
we had some good rain the past 2 days and its dry as a bone!! :D http://upload3.postimage.org/140919/roof.jpg

how much per m2?

kwak zzr 20-04-06 07:55 PM

the 19ft x 12ft piece i used cost £90 so 39p per square foot. the rubber is 1mil thick and weighs alot it should do the trick.

local garden centre, the reason i did it is a friend of mine has had some on his shed roof now for 15years and its still doing the trick.

if it lasts that long its as cheap as re felting it every 5 years

time will tell  its also stuck down with waterproof pond tape to stop any draughts lifting it, and edge'd all the way round with roof lath timber.
