leaky garage roof anyone?
 

mine dont leak anymore! cover'd it over with a sheet of firestone rubber, i thought this was a better idea than getting rid of all the asbestos sheets underneath.

how much per m2?

the 19ft x 12ft piece i used cost £90 so 39p per square foot. the rubber is 1mil thick and weighs alot it should do the trick.

not for me, i was just askin generaly, where'd it come from, B&Q or similar?

ooo methinks we gonna get the square foot or foot squared issue here..

on the stepladders- tha are in the garage!??

local garden centre, the reason i did it is a friend of mine has had some on his shed roof now for 15years and its still doing the trick.

quiff yea the ladders are in the garage :wink:

if it lasts that long its as cheap as re felting it every 5 years

time will tell :wink: its also stuck down with waterproof pond tape to stop any draughts lifting it, and edge'd all the way round with roof lath timber.
