Sold the Honda today

...at last. It's only been in the paper 12 times  It was realistically priced, I couldn't understand why it wasn't shifting, hardly a call. Then the sun came out and suddenly the phone starts ringing.

A few hard lessons - bikes only sell when it warms up a bit, you have to be realistic on price, buyers will knock you down for every little defect, and unless you're rich don't buy another bike in the expectation that your old bike will be easy to sell.

Colin in Telford, you've bought a terrific bike

How did you sneak in there!!! I'm at work at the mo and can't go and admire the beast, so a piccy will have to do  It's not quite as clean now and the chicken strips are actually getting smaller. I reckon about half an inch each side now. That's considerable progress

Or instead of selling one of your bikes you could always keep it and have two bikes :D

Def. sell in the summer though and buy in the winter is generally the rule of thumb like soft top cars.
