A good small rucksack

I'm after a smallish rucksack for when I'm riding. I need to be able to fit a laptop, work shoes shirt and trousers and the chain.

I want it to be waterproof and not too bulky

I've got one.. haven't used it yet tho but somehow I don't think a laptop would fit in it...

Id recommend a karrimor trig airspace as i use one for the eact same purpose as you mate, it comes with a waterproof cover and the vent space behind the back is great for the warm weather. Trust me its does the job.

Knox do a nice one. Seriously though, chain and laptop? I'd bungy it to the tail.

My Toshiba L20 notepad fit in my Oxford tailpack. Suppose it depends on how big your laptop is.

One of these http://www.sports-world.com/images/p...5____BLA_1.jpg from Here (accessories, Rucksacks, Page 2) or local store. £11.99

Has abdomen strap with pocket for keys /change (very handy on bike) 2 seperate compartments that will easily fit in a laptop, Mobile pocket on left strap, thick paddidng on back and straps. It sits very low on your back so is comfortable ( i did 120 miles yesterday with Rugby boots & training gear plus 2 ring binders full of college work and didn't get a stiff back) and it comes with extra lashing for whatever you fancy strapping to it.

It got wet the other day but hasn't had a torrential yet...it seemed to hold up fine ( put paptop in a carrier bag :D )

I know I shouldn't, been meaning to get a smaller one so it fits under the seat. Got an Oxford Monster at the moment and that just won't fit.

Kriega ones are nice and waterproof. Ortlieb do some waterproof ones as well. Osprey are good for more conventional 'urban' ones.
