My better half had this problem. She had/hstill has, a set of IXS leathers. Now lets just say they dont fit anymore as she has lost huuuge ammounts of wieght. After a brief argument, we wnet to J&S close to where she used to live. After trying on 'proper' womens leathers, and not mens, we found a decent set the fitted her fantasticaly (Read scoobs comment) Yes they are very snug at the mo, but they will stretch somewhat.

What im trying to say, is go somewhere that has a bit of a range and try some on.
Remember, Leathers stretch to approx 50% of thier size (So i have been told)

Isn't that stretching things a bit far too much?

I've seen a really nice pink alpinestars jacket. Pity it didn't fit me

AlpineStars do some decent womens leathers but you do need to find a dealer with a really big range, otherwise they simply don't seem to stock the smallest of sizes (which I generally need).

Likewise RST do some nicely fitted womens leathers too - certainly very good value for money I've found.

I have one set of two-piece leather from each of the above, both are armoured, nice snug 'styled' fit and very comfortable. Though size wise the RST is a small and the AStars is an extra small!

I wouldn't buy on line unless I already had tried them on at a dealer though.

If you can, get to the BMF Show in Peterborogh. There are masses of stalls, you're bound to find something and there's loads of cracking bargins to be had too.

Liz got some Frank Thomas Titanium Leather trousers that fit her very well 8) They werent that expensive either. However when she tried the matching jacket on it didnt fit her at all. Shes got a Dainese ladies leather jacket that fits her really well.

Leather stretches by 60%, therefore if you go a size down from what you are and try that, although they may be tight to start with after a while they will stretch and not only feel comfortable they will stretch to your body shape.

Finding leathers that hit is a hit and miss affair, my leathers fit me in my jacket but the legs on my trousers are too long i got the HG Bonnie jacket and pants. I had mine adjusted by MOJO Leather in Canterbury off to pick them up next week :D:D:D if you need anything adjusted pm me for address and number.
