At long last..............................

hey everybofy i know its been ages since i last posted but you know how it gets somtimes........................

Well some good news it looks like i am gonna b back in my favourite world!! the one of 2 wheels! YAY!!!!!!!!! :D

Started looking last week with not much luck but a msn conversation to my old best buddy and it comes into the conversation that he is gettin rid of his old work mule (instructor see!)

The best bit tho its a V-twin and a 600 but alas its not the sv i dream of no........ its a honda ntv600 revere. alright not the most racy or looky of bikes but at £200 you cant really complain. needs a few niggly things to get sorted but that you would expect from a bike that has got 48000 miles on it and has been used rain sun n shine to teach others how to ride theirs. its reliable and cheap and not the flashiest of machines. and living where i live that will go in my favour might stop it gettin nicked.

So i am gonna b blasting around again!!! cant wait to meet up with u guys again its been a long time! now if i get my finger out of my **** n get a shift on i intend to have it on the road so it can get me to the streetfighters day up at preesheath truck stop on the 21st. anyone else goin?????

Until we built our workshop/shed we have had bikes in the front room, parts in every room and on every shelf, in every cupboard, under the bed, engines, and gearboxes on the kitchen table, crank cases in the oven to take the bearings out  wouldnt have it any other way though 8)

oh and nice one being back on the road harrisman :D

£200 !!! Now that is a bargin!

harrisman 15-05-06 05:12 PM

yep my housemate let me put it there last night as my garden isnt totally secure yet but its now at work!!!!

yep the grand price of £200 taxed till jan, needs MOT.

got fork seals last night off ebay for £6.75
n it needs a front tyre!

cant really argue!!!!!

i will slowly get it all sorted and then start changing bits!!!! (when i ordered fork seals it seems they are the same as cbr600 ones. so i think i am gonna go for a fork transplant off a cbr!!!!!!!!!!!!! wud mean twin disks then!!!!!)

cant wait to get out proper!!!!!!!!

now gotto teach the missus what to do on back as she has never been on one b4.
