Twinshock Time Trials

Some pics of me competing in the MCMCC grass sprint on sunday.
Contrast the look of concentration/determination on my face with the complete lack of speed :D

Have scaled the photos down from the hi-res originals so apologies if quality isn't great.

I think I was 4th in my class. (not last which is main thing !!!)

The Fantic is to closly/low geared to be really competive, still a great laugh never the less.

:D :D

Looks like fun! Is it different to the kind of trials that people like Dougie Lampkin et all do?

Yes, it just a course marked out in a field that you ride as fast as you can.

"trials" in the more traditional sense is basically negotiating obsticles without putting your feet down.

Sounds a bit more my sort of thing - an old work colleague had a GasGas and used to do the odd what I would think of as "trial" - up vertical slopes etc - no thanks!

Loads of fun mate !!! Till you flip it halfway up the slope after realising you're going nowhere...pin it and suddenly find grip  Going up vertical slopes aint scary...it's when you come down them backwards

I've done a few (proper) trials, I do find it a little frustrating as I'm so pants at it.
I must be the only trials rider in the world whos happy to score a "3" on a section (the objective is to score 0, lowest total score wins)
