Bike survival kit - what should it contain?

Looking to get some good quality replacements for the tools in the standard kit, as I have been running without one for a long time now. What should be in it? Here are the things I can think of.

C spanner
Couple of fixed wrenches (but which sizes)
Allen key set
Screwdriver (philips and stanley)
Bit of tape
Sockets?
Spare fuses
Cable ties
Spare bulbs?
Tyre pressure gauge (pen type)

Basically, I guess I want to make a survival kit for the bike! So I would add:

Photocopies of docs
Some cash
Puck
Fold up water proofs
Ear plugs

I've also got this tiny bottle of visor wash with a squeegy on it. Bloody handy that at this time of year!

Anything else? Thanks!

Pliers (fold up like Leatherman is good)

Disposible camera

Tubeless repair kit

Small cycle mini pump

I use the wee CO2 cans instead of carrying a pump, much smaller...

And i got a puck, foil blanket, ear plugs, disc lock, phone charger and cig lighter

I also got a full 1 piece waterproof suit but that takes up all the space under the seat

The bag a brought from the local cycle shop for about £5, its like a shower bag but smaller, fits perfectly under the seat

CO2 is also easier, but you are f*cked when it runs out. I carry both just in case!

BUT

What exactly are those funny metal tubes for? There's that one thats kind of flattened at one end, and the one with a hinge.

That is true :) Though I reckon if the tyre's that bad, I wouldn't be trying to pump it up with a small cycle pump either

Black tape
Dettro tablets
Red bull
NCI card
