Daylight MOT:
Does anybody know what the lighting/horn requirements are for a bike to get a daylight MOT? Presumably they would be the only difference to a normal MOT? Do you have to have a specific daylight MOT or can you just convert the bike after it as a normal MOT? I am considering buying a bike that has a full set of race fairings fitted and would only use it when the weather was good!

This made me wonder... What's the legal position if you do a standard MOT, then remove required parts? I know it can't invalidate the MOT certificate, but say you have spare fairings or similiar, and ride to a trackday with no headlight?
