Reconnection pipe for pointy exhaust?

Hello, how do people go about putting the standard can back on again when they are selling their bike? I assume with some sort of reconnection pipe? Where can I buy one of these?

Carbon Can Co can sell you a reconection collar to rejoin the OEM pipe, about a fiver IIRC
