Probably because there is so much water down here at the moment that using a hose may lead to flooding..

I think they should buil a massive big cannope over the UK , a bit like centre parks.. that way we can keep the roads nice and dry ...and stewboy can go for nices rides :wink:

not quite...but all the rain were getting is probably being wasted by the water companys as we speak

i heard the other day that THA**S WATER (disguised for legal reasons lol) caused outrage by having the whole of the front of their building jetwashed to clean it

I recommend that they issue Oxford Stormex Covers to the entire population. Everytime it rains, It collects cr@p loads of water in the bottom of it.

glorious sunshine this morning been out since 9am but then at 1:50pm the heavens opened on hartside and it aint stopped since :lol: :lol:

I had quite a nice ride in the rain today, that is until the SV decided it wanted to be a 325 single. ( I will get round to buying a fenda extenda one day).

Thankfully I was quite close to my mates house and he let me use his garage to sort it out.

Plus has anyone invented a self cleaning bike yet ?

There I was today at the BMF admiring the view through sheets of rain.I was eating my West Indian jerk pork(lovely) sheltering under a bit of awning when said awning gave up under the weight of water and dumped it's contents down my neck. :evil: Drought orders coming next week I hear.
