Somewhere (I thought it was on this forum but I can't find any mention of it), I saw a quote in someones sig, and this quote would illustrate a point I'm trying ot make, here at work. It's something like train a man to do something ... but involve a man...
(obviously, I can't remember the dots bit!)

It's not the quote about feed a man... teach a man to fish...

But I can't help thinking I could use that quote on pretty-well a daily basis! :D

I think the one you want is:

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat drinking beer all day (or he'll eat for a lifetime, but the first one makes more sense)
