It's her own property so why shouldn't she be able to. And for the neighbour to go film it, isn't that voyuerism (sp?)? If a neighbour filmed your kids playing in the garden then there would be shouts of pedophile, but he can film her naked because it disturbed him. Doesn't really make sense.

I like the way he first thought was to get his video camera and not knock on the door and ask her to cover up. 55 years old and naked yep that's shocking.

This is very silly, If your neighbour is sunbathing nude and you don't want your children to see, you go round and have a quiet word, not call the police.

If she was 25 I could understand the camera but I still don't understand the police :shock:

I reckon he was making a film for his own personal use, then his missus caught him so he had to go off on the "look, this is disgusting and I'm just getting evidence for the Police - honest luv!" route to cover his backside (and other sensitive body parts).
