SORRY I DROPPED THE RESERVE BY £300 NOT £200! ALSO OPEN TO OFFERS FOR A QUICK SALE SO GET IN TOUCH

How about dropping the reserve by £2000, instead? :)
I think his problem is that whilst some bits (eg braced (NOT custom) swingarm, GSX-R front end, etc.) are okay and would be a nice addition to an otherwise normalish bike, the bike as a whole doesn't really work and looks a bit outlandish, without being so over the top as to be attractive to people who like really garish bikes. I think he'd be better off breaking it for parts and think that anyone who buys it will end up doing just that.

I've only ever bought on ebay, so I don't know for sure, but am I right in thinking that it's costing him each time he relists this? I hope the poor bloke manages to sell it eventually. :?

The epsiode of how they made this is on Men & motors next Sunday at around half 2 in the morning! Should be, erm, intersting.

Yep, for bikes it can cost about £40 per go if you have it in the featured section as well. Ouch.

Perhaps there'll be a 5 minute "Epilogue" section of the show explaining how he has got on with the machine since it was first shown?

I wouldn't. Last time someone drew his attention to our more "realistic" suggestion of pricing for it, he came and made a "toys out of the pram" post, making out the bike was brilliant, worth every penny, etc.

Its not that bad. If he took the orange fruit polo tyres off of it and put on the standard head light or a decent twin headlight setup it would look much better. If they hadnt painted "streetfighter" or whatever it is on the tail it would look a lot better to. There are some nice touches on that bike. GSXR K5 front end and the exhaust.

Trouble is most buyers like a standard bike with low miles on it. Unless he can find a buyer that it appeals to he isnt IMHO going to sell it.

Nothing is ever worth what you think it is.

I watched the show when they made this bike over (gave the bloke a makeover as well) - apart from the underseat exhaust i thought they had made it look worse.
