Where to advertise bike
 

Needing advice folks.

Tried selling the SV on ebay & on here, then week later in DC Thomson's Courier & Advertiser. Only one phone call. I was really surprised how few bikes were advertised in the Courier compared to when I bought it in 2002.

Several contacts saying how great the bike looks......but no visits.

So where should I advertise it?

I know someone who could be interested......................

Seriously though - that's a surprise, everyone myst be paying for holidays or spending much more money on shiny new rides. 0% finance deals might not be helping you out there mate.

If it was me, I'd stick an advert to the front of Alvins :) I'd also do an ad with a decent photo and pop around the training places, since SVs are such popular first bikes.

I tried to sell the 125 through the local press, no success at all- stuck it it Autotrader and it sold in a week. Lot of timewasters too, though.

Popping my head back in more often now as im beginning to think i want another SV. Dedicated trackbike this time :D , possibly minitwins next year :twisted:

But was actually just posting to say nowts selling as far as a can see. I can get rid of me trackday KTM supermoto at the moment either. Best of luck with youre sale
