Cleaning your Helmet,(crash).

Not being rude!

What do use for internal and external cleaning?

Got to do the padding etc on the inside of mine, but don't know what to use?!

Can anyone recommend anything?

Cheers!

dont bother with the inside but use baby wipes on the outside.

If you use gel/wax/any other hair product then you should clean the lining with johnsons baby shampoo and let it dry naturally. If you've got no hair like me, then its not so much of a worry :D

Internal:
A squirt of Fabreeze every now and again.

If really dirty, I take the lid into the shower and use Johnson's Baby Shampoo. Yes, really I do

Obviously, non-removable lining

External:
Auto-Glym Visor cleaner on kitchen roll, just like for the visor.

If it is internal smell you are woried about then take the lining out and put it in the freezer over night as it is bacteria that makes it smell, and -20 in a domestic freezer kills 99% of bacteria!! No bacteria = No smell :)

Febreeze anti-bac on the lining, crystal glo acrylic polish on the shell and visor.
