Recommend me somewhere to stay......

Right, it's my anniversary next weekend, and I want to take the wife to North Devon for the weekend. Nice hotel, Saturday night only, maybe in the Exmoor National Park, or perhaps Bude.

I need to book in the next couple of days so any suggestions would be useful.
