What you gonna do to secure the bike next weekend (AR06) ??

tie it to the tent. there was talk of all the bikes parking up together. got one of those twisty cable thing that i will use to attach helmet to bike. just hoping if thieves come along they will pick someone elses. so will park next to a nice shiny bike. but seriously i think it will be pretty safe. brave thiefs to come into a car park full of bikers and attempt to steal anything

i think grant means while you're away for the AR06 duh!!!

:oops: :oops: oh right, it will be chained to the lamp post. neighbour not going to annual run so it should be safe. plus its insured if they want it that badly they will take it :(

:D :D Yeah I did mean the old bike up here however it was interesting what you said about the helmet I hadn't thought about how to secure my belongings at the campsite whilst I am in the pub.

Might use a cheap bike lock that I got free with a mag to secure to the tent poles.

Won't stop them if determined but it should stops the quick opportunist.
