Quiff' diet.
 

Apparently Quiff's crash diet has seen him lose ridiculous amounts of weight over the past few days.

His good lady Kim tells me that we might not see him posting for a while as, such is his weight loss he keeps falling between the keys of his keyboard! :P

You just looked down to check the gaps on yours didn't you? :wink: :P

Turn me sideways and I almost dissappear - the plus side is that I make the SV look like a bigger bike! :twisted:

So what's this diet of his consist of then - bread and water, black coffee and ricecakes?

K...Apparently his diet is not quite so exotic! :P
