what shocks fit right on to the sv curvy 650 without any modding?

was thinking of changeing found loads of good ones on ebay then realised that i dont actualy know what fits lol

Them ones, and the ZX6 B1H shock which is the same shock require modification though. Cutting of the battery box required, not a major job though.

But I did see mention of a shock with no modification needed to fit, difficult one that.

Does the gsxr 1000 rear shock fit?? What, if any, mods would be needed to fit it??

Forget about that one mate, for a carbed 650 anyway. It's too short and under-sprung for the job and as it's a piggyback shock you'll still have to do some work to the battery box.

Only thing I can thing of with no mods are aftermarket shock made for the SV with a remote reservoir. Not cheap.

Will a 95 - 98 ZX6R shock fit? It hasn't got a piggyback reservoir so I can clip it to the bungee.

Not sure on the specifications for that unit. I know that the units from the intro of the 636 model work but are a piggyback unit.
