Help me identify a part!

I'm having to scramble around to get my bike running again for a planned trip to france on the 31st July.

As a result of the accident the gear change lever came off its pivot point although the actual part looks undamaged.

I've attached photos and I need your help in identifying if I need to order a new gear change lever or just a seal washer (part 09160-12011) and circlip (part 08331-31126) to hold the gear lever firmly on its pivot point.

The bike is an SV1000S K6 model.
