Wheelie School

Can anyone reccomend a good wheelie school, that teaches the clutch method not just power wheelies? I live in London so anywhere in the surrounding area would be good.

Cheers

If your not afraid to use your bike I'll show ya!!

It's all about taking it slowly (learning that is)

PM if you want some direction, otherwise hit google and search wheelie school.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

For the love of god don't do it. They teach you mostly on hornets and even if you can wheelie that like a pro, you won't be able to wheelie your sv, because a very different technique is required.

Learn on your bike, you won't bin it if you're careful and then you'll be able to do it whenever you want. And its free.

Just my take on things. Its what I did, glad I didn't waste my money.

:)

Hornets rule!

:D

I thought most schools taught on bandit 12's. Once you learn the method it is easy to apply it to your own bike. Worked for me! Wheelied the SV a bit but the Hornet is a lot easier being a bit more powerful.

What do people think is better, Jimmy Fireblades which teach the clutch method or the Wheelie school which teach the throttle method?

Jimmy IMO

As an aside , I did the wheelie school ages ago. I could wheelie but not confident on big bikes. Really went to get a bit of experience prior to going to school  on my ZX7R. 7R would come up off the throttle anyways(in my hand atleast) so had to practice the clutch method.

Like mentioned only went to get some experience on bigger bike. Clutch rules

Cheers

Cheers for the advice, from what I've read here and on other posts Jimmy Fireblade does seem like the best school around, however its in Lincoln and I'm in London, which means a long trip and a stay in a hotel, so if anyone does know of anywhere nearer London that's on par withs Jimmy fireblade it would be much appreciated?
