Best get them off to a child psychologist straight away. If it's nipped in the bud, it might be curable.

I watched the last show (was trying to read a book but the gf had the tv on)
I don't understand why they were making a bit thing about how great TOTP is, but they're cancelling it.

I saw it too - shame its being cancelled

I watch the prog that was on at 10:00pm on BBC2 as well. That finished with the live clip of U2 doing "Vertigo" live in the TV Centre car park......fantastic :D

No I didn't watch it missed it again.
They're probably making a big thing off it so that they can bring it back in a couple of months all re-vamped. :lol:

I watched the 10pm look-back thing and was thinking the same thing myself - they were bigging it up saying how good it was - then they went on to say how they got someone in to totally change it and now its been cancelled?! Very strange, still, things move on and I agree that it had lost its way with the advent of the internet and digital TV....

Missed the 1st 20 mins as i was hooning back from BoxHill. Shame to see a musical institution being axed after such a long time, but with the lack lustre presenters, as shown alongside the oldies, and the invention of MTV/VH1 etc, its not surprising really. Now then now then as it appens.! I must get a jimmy saville tracksuit.
