Speed Cams on A1 (near North circ)
 

Just a quick warning to anyone who goes along the A1 just south of the North Circular - the speed cameras on Aylmer Road and Archway Road have been turned around to face the other way.

They're now facing north. Which was lucky for me, as I was doing 60 on my bike heading south today, then realised I was at the camera...hit the anchors...looked in the mirror to see the flash.....only to notice that it was facing the other way!

I only went as far as Archway junction, but they may have done the same to the ones down Holloway Road.

Thanks for the heads up Jo! I'm always using that bit of road, but probably not as regularly as you with the shop opening and all :)

I noticed that they did this with a number of cameras in NW London.
