Can you believe some people!!!!
Just thought i would say how ****ed of i get with some people!!!!
my mate went to the pub tonight with some friends for a drink, on his way he was being followed quite close by a car, he kept it close incase it was the plod, it followed him all the way to the pub, about 10miles into the forest and then when he parked up one guy got out and asked how much his bike was worth (He's got a K4 GSXR) he simply replied not much 2k or something like that now, so he locked it all up and went in, next thing he knew two guys walked in and then nicked his helmet!!!! what ****ing D**k heads, honestly why would you do it!!!! We assumed that it was that they assumed that if he had no lid he would have to leave his bike alone in the quiet car park in the ass end of know ware so they could come back and have it in the back of there van!!! so basically keep and eye out for ********s in bayed up BMW 318is, especially if you live down here on the south coast!!!! |
Bleeding heck , that is strange if I'm reading that correctly.
Are you saying they just walked in, grabbed it and walked/ran out? What was the reaction of your mate and those he was with in the pub :?. No one challenged them? Cheers Ben |

no no sorry musn not have explaind to well, we was talking to a mate of his that works there at the time who was working behind reception, my m8s lid was on a small table to his left no more than 50cm away, and to get to/from the bar ou have to walk bast this table, what they mush hae done was walk past and pic it up, my m8 was to buisy talking to notice unfortuantly, next thing he knew was turning around and it was gone, on glove left on floor, by the door!!! one of the first things he did was phone the police, but unfortuantly he couldn't really tell them much, but he has done everything he can,
What *******s there are!!!! |
Which pub?

I've seen this before, it is exactly what you think - they are hoping that he'll leave the bike planning to return tomorrow, but when he gets back it won't be there.
Variations on this are immobilising the bike in some way, such as deliberately snapping the clutch lever, pulling out the main fuse, taking a valve core out etc etc. It's not at all unknown. |

The white buck in Burley, Hampshire, Right in the ass end of noware, so they would have had no problem chucking it into a van if they had have come bk!!! |
He must have had a good description if they came up and asked him how much his bike was worth. That's a bit brazen.Moral of the story---If you have a phonecam take a pic of them and their car.
