White Van man Strikes Again! GOT HIM!!!!
 

Yup, was on the way into work on the A11 in London and stationary white van man in his lane suddenly want to occupy my lane with letting any hint so i went into him hard. Front of the bike is now mashed and not lookin in a good state. Damage: All the front=dead, wheel,gear lever, rear grab rail, farings, confidence, pocket money.

Not pleased at all to tell the truth as this is the second time in 6 months. Dont think the bike is a write off but im please i came out unscathed none the less. I just cant afford this at the moment as times are hard! Sux!

That would have been really usefull as if it was on it would have captured the accident but alas due to the rain i didnt bring it! Boooo

Priority now is to make sure you don't lose out.Do you have any witnesses?
Was van man insured?
Did Police attend?
Remember you will lose your NCB and have future premiums loaded unless you can get van man held liable.
I suggest legal advice from someone like White Dalton.These people know what they are doing and will get the best for you.
