mobile phone vid's converter...

Ok so was trying to get a few funnys from youtube or meta... wot ever...
and was thinking is there any softwear needed to convert files so I can view them on a mobilephone...
namely a Motorla E398... (crap phone i know but hey...)

is there any set video size...

anyhelp in this matter will be greatfully received...

Disclaimer:

I have not tried any of these programs myself but they do convert it to the correct format (i.e. 3GP ) to be viewed on your mobile. I've had no problems with download.com but you download at your own risk.

oh and they're ALL free :lol:
